Nikolay Hadzhikolev with Spire Group here in New York and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Spire Group and with Nikolay in particular. The only available time that I had for my search was in the evenings, Nikolay set up appointments during the day and even picked me up at work to head out for our searches. Nikolay was extremely professional, thorough and provided an abundance of suitable properties for me to view. This was a very welcome change as the other brokers did not listen to my requirements and often attempted to pressure me into taking the few listings that they showed. Amazing work overall. Had a horrible experience with 2 previous brokers, but this was very different. Nikolay actually listens to your needs and will stop at nothing to find the appropriate place to show you...even if it's at an inconvenient time for him...will definitely use him again next time!



Nikolay has been hands down the best broker I have ever worked with. Originally we had planned to move months in advance and he still took time out of his Sunday, which he usually spends at home with his family, to show me and my room mate around due to our busy Monday to Friday schedules. Nikolay was always in contact with us, he was always on time, he had great depth of knowledge and is upfront with everything. No hidden fees, no hidden contracts. Right away he communicates he is interested in building a long-term relationship and because of this he doesn't try to jam you into a place just to clip his fee. I have personally recommended him to friends and co-works (including my boss). I will use Nikolay in the future without hesitation – he is my broker for life.



Nikolay helped me navigate my apartment search while I was overseas and also assisted in finding a roomate when my lease expired. He is very experienced and has excellent local knowledge and found exactly what I was looking for.



Nikolay was the best realtor I have ever had, and I have used quite a few. He was very knowledgeable about the area we were looking in. He was also very patient with us in terms of showing us the area, and showing us multiple listings. He was not pushy, and was very honest. For starters, we are very pleased with the job Marina performed. She helped my husband and I find the perfect apartment in the perfect location! As we were relocating from Tampa, Florida and had only one day in the city to secure our new home, Marina lined up several apartments for us to see. She showed a variety of apartments in different areas but stayed within our budget and desires. She gave us plenty of options and was helpful with tips and suggestions along the way. Throughout the entire process leading up to our meet, Marina was consistently responsive and always answered our (several!) emails filled with questions. She was patient and attentive. Relocating and moving to a city you've never lived in can be daunting and overwhelming at times but she made the process of finding our home one less thing to worry about! First of all - this guy is AH-MAY-ZING (yes, the emphasis is required)! He is very knowledgeable about his craft and I felt like I had a friend in my corner fighting to get me the best deal possible while meeting all my housing needs. I am new to NY and like most managers, there is not enough time in the world to get everything done. He was very flexible regarding appointment timing and was patient with me even after I changed my mind 3 times regarding the area that I would like to live in. Stanislav looked for a place for me even though it was not in a neighborhood he typically handles. He did not try to convince me to get something he knew I would not like just to get a commission nor did he try any tricks regarding "convertibles" which is a foreign concept for a non-NY'er. He even offered me some good advice regarding parking that will save me $3K annually! Other Realtors just seemed to see me as glaring $$-signs. I found my apartment at the fourth try (because I changed my mind two times!) and it was everything I wanted. A modern building within my price range in the neighborhood I wanted to be in that is only one train station stop to my office in Manhattan, close to pretty much all subway lines, washer and dryer in unit, heat & hot water included, gym + yoga classes, garage options, a doorman, close to parks and many running routes, etc. on a high floor with an amazing view in a building where everyone seemed not to be pretentious. Pretty much perfection! I was so impressed with Stanislav's above and beyond service that I introduced him as my Realtor and my brother (I'm African) when we went apartment searching. I would recommend his service to anyone looking to find a great deal in NY while meeting all of your housing needs as Stanislav is the kind of person that treats your situation as though he were in your shoes. USE THIS GUY!



The short review is that Ivie is GREAT!! Here is why... I had limited time to find a place because I travel a great deal. Ivie took me out two times to look at a lot of different possible apartments. While they were long days, we covered a lot of ground, good variety of apartment types and prices that fit my criteria. By seeing so many different apartments in a short time, it helped me hone in on what I really wanted. When we went out for the third search day, it was obvious which apartment was the best fit. If not for Ivie's prep work, patience, and thoroughness, I am not sure I would be as happy as I am with my present apartment. So I very happily recommend Ivie's services.



This review is in regards to broker Alex Dimitrov: Not sure what else to say besides PERFECT! It all started by me sending him a simple email expressing interest in renting in Manhattan. I had never heard of Spire or Alex Dimitrov himself, but I was, and still am extremely satisfied with his service. I dragged him through countless building visits, face to face meetings, phone calls, & emails and he never faltered or disappointed me one bit. He continuously and immediately returned all my emails and phone calls as well as showed numerous prospective buildings. I employed his services initially in May-June 2012 and since I was extremely thrilled with his services I recently employed him for a second time from March-April 2013. Once again, his work ethic was impeccable and his willingness to work with my stringent requirements was incredible. Both times I employed his services he found me the exact places I was hoping for. Finally, I want to mention that Alex is not like your typical broker that will show you a few buildings, get you to sign the lease, and then you never hear from again. Alex and I remained in contact even when I wasn't actively searching for a new apartment. Alex has consistently reached out to me simply to ask how I was doing, how the apartment was, how my work has been, and to ask if I had any issues with the building. While I have not run into any problems at all with the places he found me, I have also asked Alex on numerous occasions to complete certain tasks that as the tenant I should be responsible for. Without any hesitation or curtness Alex took my questions or requests and contacted the necessary parties to have my questions/comments answered quickly and satisfactory. In closing, I cannot stress enough that finding an apartment in Manhattan itself is a painstaking task, but Alex took upon the professional role as a broker and performed flawlessly.



George is by far the best real estate agent we have come across during our apartment search. My wife and I always felt that he had our best interests at heart, taking great care in explaining not only the apartment he was showing, but how the rental process worked and what to be careful of. He was very quick to respond to calls and emails, which was greatly appreciated given how fast things move with nyc rentals.
