Eri is a genuine individual, who is really helpful and great at her job. She showed me an apartment that fit all my needs and more importantly her continued level of service was outstanding. Without Eri's help, my apartment hunt and lease signing would not have been so easy. Eri comes highly recommended.

From my first contact with her, I knew that I was in good hands, and I had been working with so may other agents who had consistently disappointed me. TA actually listened to what my needs were and tailored her apt search for me to those needs. She has an amazing intuitive sense and was very well informed not only about the apts and the buildings, but the neighborhoods, subways, and everything else that you could possibly need to know. I just recently worked with Dan Ivanov from Spire Group and he was amazingly helpful and understanding of my needs and concerns about renting my first NYC apartment. He spent a lot of time showing myself and my roommate a variety of buildings and units that were suitable to our needs, he did not waste our time showing us units out of our price range or that would not be suitable for our particular situation further more he did not push us towards any one particular unit, but instead helped us make the best decision based on price, amenities, location ect. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and seemed truly interested in helping and at the same time educating us so we could make the best decision possible. I would recommend Dan Ivanov and Spire group to anyone, it was truly a pain free process, unlike the other brokers I have dealt with who were only interested in making a sale. I met Dani less than two weeks ago and somehow I just got a beautiful apartment - exactly what I was looking - for without compromising. I was prepared to compromise and didn't think I would find what I want (1br, high floor, river views) in my price range. Dani took an entire day to show me apartment after apartment, realized right away what I would like and what I wouldn't and tailored the search for my needs. She could only do that on the fly because she knew the market, the buildings, and each building's availability at the time. That day I found something I liked. She could have signed me up then and there, but she was honest and told me she knows of an apartment that I would love but they were closed for the day. She arranged for me to see it and she was right - I loved it and put in an application on the spot. The price was out of my budget and she negotiated on my behalf and brought the price within my price range. All the people in the buildings knew her well and gave her VIP treatment, much to the chagrin of other brokers and prospective tenants who had to wait in line to get a viewing. All in all, I expected this to be a drawn out process taking several weeks, and I didn't think I would get everything I wanted with my budget. Instead, I spend a day and a half looking at apartments, got exactly what I wanted, got great value, and I am moving this weekend. Dani was nice, professional, cut to the chase, and was a strong advocate. I am very grateful to her, and to Spire, for helping me find a home I know I will be happy in.
