  I just found my apartment through Marcus. He lined up 10 apartments in one afternoon that fit the criteria I was looking for and saved me a lot of apartment hunting time. Also just a really nice guy. I definitely recommend him!

  Marcus was one of three brokers I met with, and was the one I ended up renting from. He found me a great, rent-stabilized place in my price range, and was very helpful throughout the whole process. The management company was a bit slow getting things together, which pushed back my move-in date a little, but that wasn't Marcus' fault, and he got me a rent reduction for the trouble (without me even asking for it or anything). I would definitely recommend him.

  Let's face it, looking for an apartment in NYC sucks. And a good broker is as rare as walking into an apartment that you can make into a home. For us (my roommate and I), finding Marcus, from Spire Group, and finding our apartment happened at the same time--pretty ironic since we are renting the apartment Marcus is moving out of. (Don't worry he's not giving us his leftovers, he's just moving across the hall.) Easy to talk to, looking out for your best interest and alway willing to give you helpful advice. Only wish he was a little more available toward the end. Thanks Marcus and Spire! So give him a call and good luck on your search!

  Marcus is patient, kind, and professional. Unlike other brokers, it was obvious from the start that he was trustworthy and on my side. My roommate and I decided to rent one of his properties, and he has been responsive and understanding in all of our dealings with him. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a broker invested in making the crazy process of finding apartments in New York a little bit easier.

  Marcus Schott was the first broker (of 3) that my roommate and I met, and we ended up renting a great apartment through him. He's very approachable yet professional, and he seemed able to assess our needs and preferences right away, which was good since we were only in NYC for a limited amount of time. He was helpful throughout the entire process and even followed up during the move. I would definitely recommend Marcus, particularly to young, 20-something recent college grads looking for their first apartment.
