I just recently worked with Dan Ivanov from Spire Group and he was amazingly helpful and understanding of my needs and concerns about renting my first NYC apartment. He spent a lot of time showing myself and my roommate a variety of buildings and units that were suitable to our needs, he did not waste our time showing us units out of our price range or that would not be suitable for our particular situation further more he did not push us towards any one particular unit, but instead helped us make the best decision based on price, amenities, location ect. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and seemed truly interested in helping and at the same time educating us so we could make the best decision possible. I would recommend Dan Ivanov and Spire group to anyone, it was truly a pain free process, unlike the other brokers I have dealt with who were only interested in making a sale.

Just got myself a great deal on an apartment in Lincoln Square. My girlfriend is absolutely ecstatic about the new apartment and if she's happy that means I'm happy. We worked with Dan Ivanov from Spire and he was amazing to work with. We had previously worked with some other brokers and it was like talking to used car salesman. They only cared about the quick sale and tried to convince us that dilapidated 400 sqft studios priced at $2800 were a bargain that we needed to jump on right away. Dan on the other hand took his time to understand exactly what we were looking for and went out of his way to show us only what were the best values for our money. He spent a LOT of time showing us different apartments in different neighborhoods and educating us on how rentals work in NYC. He was diligent in looking up new listings that matched our criteria and got us the first viewing in the apartment which we eventually leased.
