1. What is the difference between the Spire model and other firms?

2. What's the catch?

There is none. For experienced agents who can easily cover their dues, our “true 100%” commission model is the best deal in town. You’ll earn thousands more than traditional agents. Even more than those “100% commission” agents.

3. Does Spire give full OLR access?

Yes. Spire provides full OLR access with customized, enhanced tools for our agents and clients. In fact, Spire is among the first agencies to integrate OLR’s newest listing service, which gives you every sale and rental listing plus one-click posting and dispersing to industry-leading advertising. This gives Spire an extraordinary competitive advantage.

4. Does Spire work with every Manhattan landlord?

Yes. Spire works with every landlord in Manhattan, including but not limited to, Pan Am Equities, Manocherian, BLDG, Beach Lane, Solil and Stellar.

5. Which advertisers does Spire use? Are there any discounts?

Spire agents advertise with all of the industry leading vendors including OLR, The New York Times, StreetEasy, Craigslist, PropertyShark, Trulia and more. Most are free … and the others are at significant discounts.

6. Will I have to join REBNY through Spire?

Yes. Spire is a proud member of REBNY. All Spire agents must join REBNY and follow their standards along with DOS guidelines.

7. Where are Spire’s offices?

Spire is located in the Flatiron district at 20 West 23rd St, 5th Fl, in a newly renovated full floor loft office, complete with a large conference room, reception area, and fully equipped agent workstations.

8. How does this model benefit the client?

Clients receive outstanding service by experienced agents with the incentive to secure them a place they love and the means to negotiate better deals for them. Clients also benefit from Spire’s comprehensive VOW, expert management, and innovative mobile tools.

9. How can Spire afford the necessary technology?

Spire is well financed and invests heavily in technology. Through our Kurland heritage, we also command preferential rates with OLR and other vendors. We use web 2.0 standards for dynamic content and richer user experience. We maintain a comprehensive online library called SpiREL™ which gives our agents remote access to all essential deal-related and educational documents. Our innovative mobile tools allow agents to operate effectively from anywhere, giving us a unique competitive advantage to serve our clients and grow our brand.

10. How does Spire afford to insure their brokers?

Kurland’s long-term relationships have allowed Spire to secure discounted pricing across the board. Spire covers agents’ E&O (professional) insurance as well as the company’s commercial liability insurance.

11. What kind of training and support does Spire offer its agents?

Spire provides daily hands-on training and 24/7 support through a combination of webinars, teleseminars, and live one-on-one and group meetings with Spire executives. Spire agents can also attend free coaching at Broker Heaven, as well as participate in our Master’s Series Program, which includes advanced training by top-level marketing, mortgage, attorney, appraisal, and CPA experts.

12. How can Spire afford to stay in business with True 100%™ commissions?

Spire earns a steady revenue stream through fixed agent dues that continues to grow as we expand our sales force. Advanced technology has dramatically reduced our overhead, enabling us raise rewards while still enjoying healthy earnings to sustain and grow Spire.

13. How can I compare how much I make at my current firm vs. Spire?

If you qualify, it simply takes 10 minutes to associate you with Spire. We'll have you up and running the same day! Simply terminate your association with your current firm and provide us with your license number.

15. How many agents do you plan to hire?

We plan to add at least 100 agents over the next year, bringing our sales force to roughly 150 agents.
