'Having lived and worked in New York for a while, George has extensive knowledge about the city’s neighborhoods, buildings and the nuances of residential transactions here. George joined Spire Group after establishing himself as a successful agent with a large New York Realtor. New Yorkers, as well as national and international clients seek George out for his professionalism and market expertise. George is known for his patience, work ethic and strategic approach to optimize each and every transaction. He has great understanding of the market and more importantly, is able to present his customers the relative benefits of rental properties and condo/ coop ownership as well as the unique financial calculus that the market requires. George’s academic background in finance and marketing provides him with a diverse foundation that he can draw upon to service effectively a wide range of clients.
