Adam Mahfouda

CEO

Adam Mahfouda is founder and co-owner of Oxford Property Group, one of the ten largest real estate brokerages in New York City. The company specializes in residential rentals and sales, and also provides commercial leasing and sales services. Since its founding in 2010, Adam has built Oxford Property Group into a firm with more than 500 licensed real estate agents and completing more than 3,000 transactions annually. Oxford’s innovative business model leverages a 100-percent commission structure that offers agents a full spectrum of office, logistical and technological support. The firm has recently begun to expand beyond the New York City metropolitan area. The company recently acquired and merged with the Titan Real Estate Group, owner of the Hecht Group brokerage.

Adam Mahfouda is responsible for company operation

s, the direction and management of new business, client relations, marketing, and sales. His own industry specialties are in commercial real estate and investment sales/acquisitions. He also spearheads Oxford’s ongoing development of proprietary technologies that streamline agent workflow and help match agents with buyers interested in particular properties. Adam, who also owns and manages his own portfolio of multifamily real estate, received a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University, where he lettered in lacrosse.

Dina Tango

Chief Financial Officer

As the Chief Financial Officer, Dina is responsible for flawlessly maintaining the day to day functions of the financial aspects for Oxford Spire.Through her tenacity and hard work, she was able to climb the ranks after only six months solidifying her place as an irreplaceable member of the team. As a testament to her neverending drive, Dina has simultaneously obtained her certification as a Notary Public, Real Estate Salesperson License and her degree in Business Administration and Management from Baruch College while running all facets of the business.

Dimitar Nikolov

Principal Broker & President

Spire's Top Producer in 2011 and 2012 and Top 5 agent each of the last seven years, Dimitar Nikolov is in a league of his own. Dimitar, known affectionately as Dimo, is not only Spire's most decorated agent to date, but he is also the top trending agent (based on 2014 search queries) and mentor-in-chief for much of the Spire team.

Originally from Bulgaria, Dimo secured his place in the real estate record books with uncanny expertise in Gramercy/Murray Hill and more recently in the multi-million dollar Tribeca sales market. Dimo speaks six languages (English, Bulgarian, Russian, Serbian, Macedonian, and Croatian) and is the captain and leading scorer of Spire's Basketball team. He received his Master's at University of Sofia at Bulgaria, is a CRA Certified Real Estate Advisor, and a member of the Real Estate Board of NY.
