"I've spent my entire adult life in this community -- as an artist, a real estate specialist, and a quintessential New Yorker," explains Mark. "I know where all the significant deals are and how to bring them to fruition. I know all the best places to go, the culture, the nightlife, what those places used to be, and in many cases what they are going to be next. That's the benefit of being invested here for so long." Add to that his trademark negotiating skill and it's no wonder Mark has become an 'agent for life' for the majority of his clientele -- extending his expertise from Financial District to Harlem. True to his downtown roots, Mark has also enjoyed success as an artist -- designing accessories and home furnishings that still garner rave reviews. When he's not sharing his love for the city, Mark can often be found relaxing at his Victorian farmhouse upstate. He holds degrees in psychology and fashion design from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
